Study Abroad
Welcome to Panrimo!
We appreciate your interest in study abroad, and are committed to providing a unique, personalized program that encourages you to explore the world. You can find more information about Panrimo below, including who we are, where you can go, the services we offer, and much more. In addition, use the toolbar to the right to explore Panrimo's study and intern abroad options. We're sure you'll find our programs exciting, because we're excitied to provide them!
The choice is yours. The journey is now.
Who We Are
There are a lot of study and intern abroad options out there. It can be overwhelming, especially if they appear the same. What we do—differently—is in our approach to you, the student.
We cater to your overseas interests with a personal questionnaire that allows us to get to know you as a person and provide you a more personalized program from start to finish.
We employ kind and knowledgeable coordinators in the host city eager to welcome and make you feel at home.
We provide centrally located, safe, clean, shared apartments with like-minded Panroamers, in-person interviewed, hospitable host families (who are also great cooks!), and well-equipped residence halls close to the university or internship placement.
Though there are many students on our programs, when we go on excursions and hold cultural immersion activities we limit each event to 10 students. For example, if there are 18 students abroad on the Prague, Czech Republic program, 9 students would go on the excursion to Melnik Castle the first Saturday, and the other 9 students would go to Melnik Castle the second Saturday. This allows us to get you out of massive group travel into local culture with our unique excursions and immersion activities—many only available through Panrimo.
And after your Panrimo program we stay in touch and immerse you further into the world with a life membership in the Panroamer Travel Club.
We’re here for you. And here to make you an intelligent traveler, a Panroamer. But most of all, we promise to encourage life-long travel in the Panroamer tradition:
Curious
Confident
At home in the world.
The choice is here. Your journey is now.

Program Genius
What's Included
Tuition, Fees, Campus Amenities at Host University
Students can choose from a variety of course subjects. Top-notch professors with degrees in their field, quality classroom amenities, and access to campus computer labs, libraries, and other services are included. Enrollment and international student fees Panrimo also covers. Knowing the country’s ministry of education accredits the university makes it almost a certainty credits will transfer.
Housing
Housing is included for the duration of all study abroad programs. Depending on the host city, students may choose from living in a shared apartment, on-campus residence hall, or with a host family. Panroamers may share an apartment with Panrimo students (two Panroamers per room with a maximum of four Panroamers per apartment). Or upgrade to a private room. All apartments are furnished and equipped with a kitchen. Panrimo host families work with students to develop students’ foreign language skills and ensure that their needs are met. Meals are included in homestay housing.
Excursions
Panrimo includes excursions for each program. Excursions are chosen based on cultural importance, educational potential, and, of course, to ensure enjoyment. Panrimo covers all transportation fees, entrance fees, and personalized guided tours. For overnight excursions, accommodations and most meals are included.
Cultural Immersion Activities
In order to better understand and appreciate the host country’s culture, Panrimo has developed unique cultural excursions, tapping into local contacts and previously developed partnerships to offer learning opportunities other programs can’t offer. These cultural immersions focus on an important aspect of the local culture and encourage dialogue between the locals, the culture, and the student as an individual.
Onsite Coordinator
Panroamers enjoy the benefits of an onsite coordinator. Students also receive weekly email correspondence from the onsite coordinator suggesting things to see and do, acting as a cultural bridge in a new city. Panrimo onsite coordinators are local experts enhancing the Panrimo experience.
Airport Pick-Up and Transfer
Touchdown at the airport and all Panroamers are welcomed by our Panrimo coordinator who will escort students to accommodations.
Next Day Orientation
A thorough host city orientation is included, hosted by the Panrimo coordinator. Students spend an entire day with the coordinator, getting to know the host city from center to outskirts. Panroamers learn how to use public transit, where to do laundry, find the best local markets, how to read a menu, greet a stranger, and feel at home.
Transcripts from Host University
Course grades and transcripts come in original form from the host university. They are sent to Panrimo’s office about ten weeks after the Panrimo program ends. We then forward them directly to the student’s study abroad office. We ensure academic integrity is maintained through the process, and let advisors see all original copies of transcripts.
International Health Insurance
You are covered for any accidents that may occur during our Panrimo program. Our staff enrolls each student in HTH Worldwide medical health insurance from the first day to last during the program. Some key benefits include doctor’s visits and ER coverage, evacuation, emergency family connection benefit, travel interruption benefit, and more.
