All Panrimo onsite coordinators are available 24/7 for student support. These Panrimo staffers assist students during their orientation period, in preparation for excursions and during departure, and are available for assistance throughout the program. Argentina

Nicolás Woller

Nico, an Argentine native, studied acting and psychology at the University of Arts in Buenos Aires. After appearing in several films and commercials, he moved to London. On his return, Nico created the first Buenos Aires-Berlin Arts and Design Festival. He is a flutist, amateur tennis player and swimmer who speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French.

China

Huizhen Fang

Hui was born and raised in Beijing. Like many Chinese, Hui learned the value of education early and already holds a Master’s Degree in neuroscience and learning while studying in a Ph.D. program. Hui connects well with college students, and looks forward to showing them her ancient and bustling city as well as other great places in China.

Czech Republic

Filip Mikilanda & Samuel Martásek

Friends since childhood--and world travel companions--Filip and Sam are Czech natives accustomed to the emotional rollercoaster of living abroad. They have been to the United States, Australia, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Bulgaria, and Tunisia. Both Filip and Sam are graduate students, so if one is unavailable then the other is on site to assist.

England

Geoff Yates

After earning a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Brighton, Geoff taught English in Italy and Spain. Recently he could be seen atop the iconic red double-decker bus providing tons of facts and quips to London sightseers. He help find the hidden gems of this throbbing metropolis, he knowing very well the back-story to every historical site.

France

Bertille Collignon, Lyon and Grenoble

Bertille is a linguist with strong ties to the French university system. She worked as an IT professor in the informatics department at the University Lumière of Lyon 2 of Lyon. As a student, Bertille lived in Quebec, Canada and in Usangi, Tanzania. Her interests include theatre, choral society and, of course, languages.

Nadia Moussa, Paris

Formerly the French liaison for the University of Chicago’s Paris campus, Nadia has experience also working at a French school for international students. With better English pronunciation than most North Americans, Nadia makes acclimating to Paris easy. She has experience in administration for cultural and artistic events for the city of Paris, and knows many hidden gems of the arrondissements.

Italy

Richard Burton

The son of an Italian War Bride and an American G.I., Richard was raised in upstate New York. As a child, he travelled frequently to Italy to visit relatives. He relocated to Florence in 1989 to pursue his love of art. Today he works in a variety of mediums, from oil painting to logo design and book illustration. Richard is your cultural bridge to Florence and many other Tuscany towns and beyond.

Scotland

Maryam Sheikh

After spending parts of her life in Canada, different parts of the United States, England and Scotland, Maryam Sheikh can be considered somewhat of a connoisseur of the, sometimes subtle, cultural differences that exist even across the Western World. After studying statistics in London at Merton College for two years, Maryam now resides and studies Artificial Intelligence in Edinburgh. With interests that vary from theatre directing to economics to French grunge music, she always has something to talk about and relate to with people. In her free time, she enjoys going to the ballet, travelling, debating the philosophical theory behind modern rap music, and going on local adventures with friends. Maryam looks forward to helping other students immerse themselves into everything Scottish from bagpipes to Burke and Hare.
