Visiting

Panrimo strongly encourages parents to visit their son or daughter while studying or interning overseas. The ideal time for parents to visit their son or daughter occurs either directly before classes or the internship begins, or after subsequent courses or the internship has been complete. While visiting during the academic session may be enticing, the student will naturally devote more time to interacting with family members, potentially deferring necessary studies or work.

If you’re interested in visiting your son or daughter at any point during their program, Panrimo will help. We’ll assist you in finding airfare, have our coordinator pick you up at the airport after you land, and arrange an orientation around the city if you’re unfamiliar with the setting. You can also choose to attend one of the cultural immersions or excursions that your student will attend, to experience some of the facets of local culture for yourself.
