How on earth is a traveler supposed to stay healthy while roaming? Here are a few quick and very easy tips on how to keep your immune system in tip top shape while you are adventuring: 1. Drink so much water! Of all the tips we will talk about today, this is truly the most important one! Staying hydrated will help keep your body in balance, despite your new and changing surroundings. 2. Go for a walk, a run, a stretch, etc. -- Especially after sitting on a plane or train for who knows how many hours, make sure to stretch it out.
